HI NEIGHBOURS ,
ALL OF YOU MUST HAVE RECEIVE YOUR PROPERTY TAX BY NOW.
JUST LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU THE PROCEDURE TO DEAL WITH IT.
1) CONTACT YOUR CONVEYANCE LAWYER TO REQUEST CDL TO REBATE THE TAX THAT WAS LEVIED WHEN TOP COMMENCED BUT YOU HAVE NOT OBTAIN THE KEYS TO YOUR PROPERTY.
2) GO TO IRAS EITHER PERSONALLY OR THEIR WEB SITE AND REQUEST TO CHANGE YOUR STATUS TO OWNER OCCUPY IF YOU ARE ONE, PROPERTY TAX WILL BE REDUCE FROM 10% TO 4%.
PS YOU HAVE TO INPUT THE DAY YOU TAKE POSSESSION OF YOUR FLAT.

Logic thanks for the info.

I thought owner occupying at a concession rate of 4%, which then have to pay 6%.
Am i wrong?

The AV for CSR is it high? At $28800. No

To update my own question. LOGIC was right.

The Owner occupying unit for property tax is at 4% charge.
A tax concession of 6%, reduced! Wink

Wondering any owner out here paying tax and able to advise on whether AV price decision vary from level and size of the unit. confused
